Coming in late 2023 – New and Updated Bankruptcy Toolkit

If you are a financial counsellor looking for access to our existing Bankruptcy Toolkit, it is available on the FCA’s website. Warning: the existing version has a number of sections that are not up to date. There is an addendum in the FCA website which update specific parts of the Bankruptcy Toolkit, but a number of sections are no longer accurate. We are drafting a new, updated Bankruptcy Toolkit and will let you know via the FCA newsletter as soon as it is published.
