- experiencing or at risk of family violence and/or homelessness,

- facing challenges due to age, gender, sexuality, literacy, language, race or cultural background, or
- facing the aftermath of large-scale natural disasters such as cyclones, bushfires, flood.

- Consumer law where there is no linked credit (for example, gym membership, doctors bills)
- Private sales (Facebook/Gumtree/Ebay purchases)

- Investment advice or products such as shares, cryptocurrency, trading accounts
