This joint submission by Financial Rights Legal Centre, Consumer Action Law Centre and Financial Counselling Australia to the Senate Environment and Communications Legislation Committee argues that the use of credit cards, including via e- wallets, for digital gambling should be prohibited. While gambling is a legitimate form of entertainment for many Australians, gambling should
not be funded by credit.
