Joint submission to Australian Law Reform Commission re: Corporate Criminal Responsibility Discussion Paper

Following the release of the Australian Law Reform Commission’s Corporate Criminal Responsibility Discussion Paper, CHOICE, Financial Rights Legal Centre and Consumer Action Law Centre support the reforms that either benefit or protect consumers from the ill effects of corporate wrongdoing.
