This submission outlines Financial Rights suggested additions to the list of vulnerabilities in the Insurance in Superannuation Voluntary Code of Practice including incarceration, cultural background and homelessness. Financial Rights also suggested more inclusive language to capture the fullness of vulnerabilities currently listed and a more plain English approach to language.
