Targeted review of the TIO’s Non-Financial Loss (NFL) Limits

This is a joint submission made on behalf of consumer organisations from across the country who have expertise and experience in supporting consumers of telecommunication services. Many of our organisations regularly support people to raise complaints with telecommunication providers through both their Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) teams and via the TIO. Several of our organisations have been directly involved in supporting people through the recent Telstra and Optus remediation programs.
