Financial Rights has recorded presentation for financial counsellors and caseworkers about the funeral insurance policies sold by Aboriginal Community Benefit Fund (ACBF) and a checklist for client intake.

The presentation is by Mob Strong Aboriginal Services Coordinator Amanda Cameron and Solicitor Mark Holden, and moderated by Financial Rights Legal Centre Community Legal Education Officer Annabel McConnachie.

Together they explore some of the issues consumers who signed up to ACBF products have faced and the legal actions that have resulted from these issues.

The presentation provides practical steps to assist financial counsellors and caseworkers to provide support and advice to your clients.
