Our Insurance Enquiry and Credit & Debt Enquiry forms and phone lines are closing at 1pm Thursday 20th of March due to a system upgrade.

All services will reopen on Wednesday 26 March 2025.

If you need urgent legal advice, you can try contacting a Community Legal Centre in your local area or the legal aid service in your state or territory.
