Your Opportunity: Lead and Drive Change
As HR Manager you will you'll be a key leader, driving both strategic HR initiatives and overseeing day-to-day HR operations with a hands-on approach You will be instrumental in aligning HR practices and processes with our organisational objectives and the HR Strategic Plan. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a positive and engaging work environment, strengthening employee engagement and retention, and ensuring unwavering compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy & Projects: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisation objectives. Including, HR policies & contracts. Lead and implement HR projects.
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment and talent acquisition cycle.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns. Lead engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process. Provide guidance to managers on goal setting and career development.
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs. Organise programs and workshops. Monitor training effectiveness.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs. Conduct salary benchmarking. Administer benefits programs, ensuring market competitive and compliance.
- Compliance: Ensure legal compliance with relevant legislation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
- Health & Wellbeing: Oversee workplace health and safety policies. Promote employee wellbeing through wellness programs and initiatives.

The successful applicant will:
- Have 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Possess strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and employee relations
- Have experience with Employment Hero (desired)
- Hold a bachelors’ degree in human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Be able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
- Exhibit strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Rewards and Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Salary ranges from $119,000-$131,000 plus 12% superannuation with up to $15,900 as salary sacrifice
